My first encounter with the aviation industry came through my work running a staffing company, when we received a request to place staff at Kansai International Airport.

The airport environment is unlike any other — a world defined by exceptional expertise and uncompromising standards of quality. The deeper I became involved, the more I came to appreciate both the profound depth of this industry and a certain sense of frustration that came with it.

The quality standards are undeniably high. Yet within a structure shaped by long-standing customs and entrenched relationships, the same players have dominated for years, leaving little room for new options to emerge. “Is this truly the best it can be?” — it was a question I found myself asking again and again on the ground.

My answer was simple.

Deliver the highest quality as a matter of course. Always stay one step ahead. And see it through to the end.

I became convinced that a company built on these three principles would inevitably be needed — and in 2023, I founded a new company dedicated entirely to the aviation industry.

Over nine years of running a staffing company, we placed people in countless logistics and air cargo environments. But this company is something different. We don’t see ourselves as a mere service provider. We stand alongside our clients as equal partners — anticipating challenges before they arise, taking decisive action, and taking full responsibility until the very end.
